The start of Everett's and our family's journey
On September 28, 2018 we took Everett in for a doctor's visit. We knew that he had been getting sick every few weeks and wanted to be sure we didn't leave without having blood tests done to rule out anything too serious. Once we were at the hospital, we went from the pediatric's ward to the ER, to the ICU in 121 CSH at Yongsan to the ICU and Multi-Care Unit Camp Forest, Okinawa, to the Pediatrics Ward at Tripler Army Medical Center, HI within a week. We are finally set for a bone marrow biopsy Tuesday morning Hawaii time. The biopsy will enable the doctors to finally diagnose Everett and start him on a treatment plan. Adrienne and I will continue to post to this blog until Everett's treatment is complete. The blog will serve as our link to everyone who is interested in keeping up with us, without us trying to build a bunch of email list and trying to figure out who is on facebook, twitter, instagram, etc....
